Commentary

Remarks

This fragment belongs to the same manuscript as PK NS 18 and PK NS 45. It is the right part of a leaf including traces of the string hole which interrupts lines 2 and 3. On the verso side the text is interrupted by a blank which is delimited by two decorative vertical lines. The blank is 4,5 centimeters wide. This indicates the end of a section in the text which is confirmed by the line b2.

Philological commentary

n1The metrical passage follows the type 4x18 in the rhythm 7/7/4.
n2In order to mark the end of the section two double daṇdas have been drawn. These are separated by a blank of 1,5 centimeters .
