Translation

a1... the Bodhisattva ?-maprabhe (having seen?) the princess...
a2... sees the woman... cuts off the breasts out of compassion (?). ... difficult to imagine...
a3... Maitreya says: Now look at her, beautiful, large from the breasts (?)...
a4... eats from the breasts of the noble one [fem.]... The Bodhisattva Jvalaprabha says:
a5... Maitreya says: Thus the elder... of the princess, compassion for the woman...
a6... with the power of joy he can enter. Now... not...
a7... all fine... carefully. Look, her...
b1... always seize...(?) Distinguished... compassion...
b2The Bodhisattva Maṇijvala ssays: Noble Maitreya, ... not...
b3... prepares the meat. Maitreya says: The princess, very firm...
b4... the... of Buddhahood deeply goes inside him/her. Then, she, Padmāvatī,...
b5... his/her... sit down (?) manifestly. With a tender, powerless voice, (they?) say to the woman:
b6Then the princess Padmāvatī says with hands in añjali position:
