Translation

a1A deed not done is better than a deed done badly. A sin burns afterwards...
a2... the Buddha came into being. Then he obtained glory. Then he has turned the Dharma-wheel. Then he went to Nirvāṇa... famouse... for that reason (?)...
a3... he has the advantageous, distinguished Buddha-power. All the threefold... without... not always... all..
a4... reason... they remembered the three-fold word of the Buddha in the ten ways...
