Commentary

Philological commentary

n1 This is certainly the ending of the name of a tune in the Loc.Sg., cf. yaśodharavilāpne , nandivilāpne or karuṇapralāpne .
n2 täryā could be completed to täryāka 'thirty' or reflect a compound starting with trai , such as täryā-yäkne 'of three kinds, threefold'.
