Transcription

a1	śa(k-ṣ)u kṣuntsa yśukwā (lān)ti (k)we(ṃ) pi(k)u(l)n(e) (ś)k(a)ñ(ce) traiyn(e) – pra(j)ñā(caṃ)dre tane śem tu(ntse) (ṣotri)

Translation

a1	In regnal year seventeen of king Yśukwā in the dog year, tenth month, on day three, Prajñācaṃdre came here. (This is) proof thereof.
