Transcription

a1	tāṣ päk turkṣāñc y(ā)mtsāt put(i)-
a2	-śparṣiṃ ākālyo kulyi maśkaṃ tākim

Translation

a1	Turkṣāñc has made this päk;
a2	may I through the wish for the Buddha-worth no longer be a woman!
