Transcription

a1	ente subhadre pärweṣṣe pañä(k)tä(ññe)ś (pa)lsko ersate atiy(a)ṣṣe yp· ll· wasa ॥

Translation

a1	Then Subhadre roused his mind to first Buddhahood. He donated... of grass...
