a1	[e] [n]te ra [ta] na [v]yū he pa rwe ṣṣ[e] [pa] ñä kta ññe śpa lsko e rsa [te] k[o] lmai wa sa ||

Transcription

a1	ente ratanavyūhe pärweṣṣe pañäktäññeś palsko ersate kolmai wasa

Translation

a1	Then Ratnavyūhe roused his mind to first Buddhahood. He donated a boat.
