Transliteration

a1	śka ·ce ne sa ṅka se ñi ke śi tkā lno y[u] rpā ṣkai ne ma sa tu ntse ṣo tri pai yka

Transcription

a1	śkä(ś)cene saṅkaseñike śitkāl no n1 yurpāṣkaine masa tuntse ṣotri paiyka

Translation

a1	In the sixth month, Saṅkaseñike went over (?) to Yurpāṣka.
a1	He wrote proof thereof.

Commentary

Philological commentary

n1	śitkāl is obscure. Maybe it has something to do with the verbal root kätk- "cross, pass", thus I translate "went over".
