Commentary

Philological commentary

cf. parallels in THT 321 and THT 322 and in IOL Toch 803.
n1 eṅka: miswritten for eneṅka.
n2 nitta(mane): the vocalism of tta is clear, pace Ogihara 2009: 69.
n3 orotst(s)e: the second s cannot be read with certainty, pace Ogihara 2009: 69.

Remarks

Both upper and lower margin are preserved. According to Broomhead 1962: 87, "[w]ritten in medium ductus, and for the most part clearly preserved, it is slightly abraded verso. It is from the middle of a five line manuscript".
