Commentary

Philological commentary

n1The only restoration that seems to both fit and make some sense is a form of tanākko 'grain', maybe in this case 'granule, seed'. This assumes that teske (or neske) is some sort of plant whose seeds can be used to make oil. However, it seems a bit strange to measure the amount of the plant by counting the individual granules. Therefore I have decided to make no restoration.
