a1	ñu kṣutsa kṣemārjune lānti kraṅkai pikulne aśari śilawārmen1 nauṣweṃtsa cina-rṣākin2 toyna imene keś nanaṣaren3 tusa ñañacandre w(a)t(e)sa tu ñ(ä)skaukn4 tutse
a2	ṣotri paika

Translation

a1	In regnal year nine of king Kṣemārjune in the chicken-year, the cina-sages with the aśari Śilawārme at the fore showed concern for them in their mind (?). Therefore, Ñañacandre has again demanded it.
a1+	He wrote proof thereof.

a1	Kṣemārjune 王五九年，鸡年，以阿阇梨 Śilawārme 为首的最杰出的尊师们（？）对他们（？）开示了思想里面的数量（？）。因此 Ñañacandre 再次请教（？）了它（并且）题写这（件事）的记录。 (Zhao and Rong 2020: 66)

Commentary

Philological commentary

n1	The editors mention that this person could be identical to the Ślawarme mentioned in THT 2742.
n2	Ching 2017: Cinawakṣi. The editors interpret cina- as skr. jina- 'victorious, best'.
n3	I interpret keś nān- similar to keś tā-: The latter means "take into account", so the phrase here possibly means "show concern for".
n4	this form is interpreted by the editors as the participle of ñäsk- with the particle -k(ä).
