Commentary

Remarks

*Small fragment with a well-preserved script, probably just right from the string hole. Does not belong to the other Supriya fragments. Recto and verso are unclear; at the beginning of line a4 a small piece has been wrongly placed; the piece between lines 4 and 5 also does not seem to belong here.

Philological commentary

n1oy-ñ and koy-ñ are the end of 3.sg. optative forms plus suffix pronoun.
n2-r(·)rsa is the end of a perlative from an abstract of a root ending in -r.
n3rp(·)m is most likely a 1st person verbal form from a root ending in -rp.
n4[k](·)s or [r](·)s.
n5-ntsāṣṣa is a fem. adjective made from a stem in °ntsa-.
