Transcription

a1	n1 ṣkaśce śak-ṣene paṅkle iśapalanma wāya śak-wine räktāśka ṣar(w)ai ///

Translation

a1	Sixth month, on day eleven, Paṅkle took iśapalanma.
a1	On day twelve, Räktāśke (brought) meat...
