Philological commentary

Like THT 23 - THT 25, this leaf with the strophe numbers 72 and 77 and with a 4x13+21-syllable-metre (rhythm = 5/8 and 8/8/5) also belongs to the Śrāddhavarga (X), as indicated by a2, a8 and b6, which deal with Uv 10.8-10. According to the strophe numbers this leaf should, therefore, correctly be arranged after THT 25.
n1According to Sieg and Siegling 1983: 87 fn. 4 ślokrentä stands for ślok krentä.
n2Emendation according to Sieg and Siegling 1983: 87 fn. 3.

Remarks

Small fragment of the left side of a leaf, along the schnurloch.
