Commentary

Philological commentary

It could be the diminutive of kanti, but this wouldn't quite fit as a name.
The -ṣṣuki very much looks like an agent noun.
n1The missing akṣara could be 'ka'. Ching has '[pu]', but the 'pa' isn't visible.
n2The 'ṣṣu' is written with a horizontal line crossing through a vertical line, something that usually occurs in double 'kk'.
n3Ching suggests either suwañ or suwaṃ.
