Translation

a1	In regnal year four...

Commentary

Philological commentary

n1	solme yām- seems to be a set phrase meaning 'make ready', or in this case 'to pay off fully', cf. PK DA M 507.19 a6, PK DA M 507.37 and 36 a19.
