Translation

a1	In the 5th regnal year, on the 7th day of the 1st month, to make 3 wasālaṃ(?), I said:
a2	"(each) by seventeen (coins)". To break a peres place(?), we took the collected (money).
a3	/// They performed/built ...: at (the total price of) five (coins).
a4	/// ... six. Wantiśke has seen. This (is his)
a5	finger-measure.
a6	On the 7th day of the 1st (month), for the sake of the king, we bought (for?/by?) ourselves sugar in (the total price of) four (coins).
a7	Wantiśke has seen. This (is his) finger-measure.
