Translation

a1In the 6th regnal year of the king Nāśmi, a year of monkey, on the 10th day of the 1st (month).
a2+At that time, Amprätatewe the Stere gave the stūpa(s)' sarwante* to the Yotkolau monk Anandadewe.
a3+He gave to him (in the following way: for every) 5 (coins), one (was out of the coins) of the saṃgha, 4 (were out of the coins) of the stūpa(s). (So) he gave to him 54 (coins). Therein, fourty-two were the [ones of the stūpa(s)] and twelve the ones of the saṃgha.
a5Anandadewe the Yotkolau's sign.
a6Jñā〈na〉sene has seen. This (is his) sign.
a7Jñānarakṣite has recognized. This (is his) sign.
a8Kercapiśke has seen. This (is his) finger-measure.
