b2The horse Kanthaka [is] ready now! The son of the lord may know the [right] time [to leave].
b3Staying in pleasure together with women, that has come to an end for me:
b4this is the last houselike place that I will have lived in! Sooner may the surface of the sky burst into a hundred pieces!
b5I will never live in a houselike place again!
b6Gardabhaga says: "This great being has left. Let us now shut the door of the harem!"
