Translation

a1	Mitravarman [and] ... wrote [this book] because of the
a2	wish for the dignity of Buddha[hood] [and] they donated [it] to the monastery on the [day] of the new moon. [It] is not to be taken outside of the boundary [of the monastery] without permission!
