a110-5 kṣuṃtsa yśuh(kw)āṃ lān(t)i ś(tarce) (meṃne) /// puññawire puññisene mokṣatewe (–)
a2tane kameṃ tuntse (ṣotri) ///

Translation

a1+In regnal year 15 of king Yśuhkwā, in the fourth month... Puññawire, Puññisene, Mokṣatewe came here.
a2(They wrote) proof thereof.
