a1	ta ne po yśi ka ṣ[ṣī] ·[l]· – kte[ṃ] tse [pe] [lai] kne a ksa s̝s̝aṃ o ktu ma ne ña kte mpa pe rne ka lpā s̝s̝aṃ

Transcription

a1	tane poyśi käṣṣī (y)l(aiñä)kteṃtse pelaikne aksaṣṣäṃ ok tumane ñakte(ṃ)mpa perne kälpāṣṣäṃ

Translation

a1	Here, Buddha the teacher proclaims the law to Indra. Together with eighty thousend gods, he obtains glory.
