a1	wa lo ·ai – [ś]i [khiṃ] ··[s]· pk[ai] kṣ· ·[r]· ··s· [y]· [rke] [ya] m· – st· sa ṅkrā¯ ¯m ya ma ṣa – ||

Transcription

a1	walo (ṣ)ai(t) śikhiṃ(nt)s(e) pkai kṣ(āt)r(eṃnt)s(a) y(a)rke yam(aṣa)st(a) saṅkrām yamaṣa(sta) ॥

Translation

a1	You were king.
a1	You honored Śikhin with a fly whisk (?) and a parasol.
a1	You established a monastery.
