a1	wi kṣuntsa yśukwā lānti śaiye pikulne śta(r)cce meṃne śak-wine yūrpāṣkaṣṣe wri putkar-
a2	tsa ṣamaiweśke citratewe ñem śka śem tuntse ṣotri paiyka
a3	mau

Translation

a1+	In regnal year two of king Ysuhkwā, in the year of the sheep, in the fourth month, on day twelve, for the wri-distribution in Yurpāṣka (?), the novice named Citratewe came here.
a2	He wrote proof thereof.
