Commentary

Remarks

This seems to be an abbreviated story as found e.g. in the Udl. Not a real jātaka.
According to Broomhead 1962: 192 "[w]ritten in medium ductus, and very clearly preserved it is the right and greater portion of a large eight line manuscript". Broomhead 1962: 191 also identifies this fragment as folios 15-16.
