Philological commentary

n1k-ṣäk-pi: several relevant numbers occur: śäk-ṣäk-pi A 300 a5, A 301 a1 '16', adj. śäk-ṣäk-piṣi A 217 b1; taryāk-ṣäk-pi A 17 a4 '36'; nmuk-ṣäk-pi A 288 b1 '96'; śäk-ṣäk-pi tmāṃ okät wälts A 305 a8 '168,000'. On the evidence of e.g. śäk-ṣäk-piṣi, adj. of '16', and wiki-we-piñci '22nd', these compound numbers are one word; therefore, hyphens are preferable in my view.
