Philological commentary

*This fragment and THT 1487 and THT 1488 belong together.
n1There is a +-sign at the end of this line.
n2kälkām 'going' is the same kind of formation as kälpām 'receiving'.
n3Ogihara assumes that this is the TA word for Kucha.
n4From the position within the clause, it seems most likely that pal is used here like in ñäkciṃ pal 'like gods'.
