Note that the translation "prison" by Sieg/Siegling for THT 21 a 4 is very metaphorical; the basic meaning here is "set of rules, regulation". In addition, the term refers to written or oral expression when connected with an attributive adjective denoting a specific language such as yentukäññe pele "in Indian language".
