Commentary
According to Georges-Jean Pinault, the second member of this compound is the loc.sg. of yarm 'measure' which corresponds to the second compound member Skt. °mātram 'only'. The first member is related to the adverb ṣekkāka 'for a single moment'. The second member shows cluster reduction of °yärmne into °yärme.
