n1	One would think of koṣkaine, but an ai-vowel seems excluded; o perhaps still possible.
n2	Certainly a form of ‘pupil’, but where is the a? in this late shape one wouldn’t expect sandhi writing and there is no place for an initial a-. Perhaps the initial a- is really dissolved in sandhi (not only in writing)? Then it would have to be verse.
