Philological commentary

n1	For the spelling snay for snai, see IOL Toch 201 a1, and PK AS 17J b2, etc.
n2	The sequence ta kUce occurs again in PK AS 12C a2, a3, IOL Toch 91, m-ioltoch895. The word ta could be a interrogative pronominal corresponding to ‘where?, whither?’ if one assumes the PIE origin proposed by Pinault 2014c: 301. However, according to Pedersen 1941: 126, Koller 2015: 145–148 and Peyrot 2018: 81, is more likely to be a shortened form of .
