a1	śakyamū ·y· – – kṣe kälmimeṃ – śi śkä na te täṅktsi – – – re te ṣotri pai(y)kere :
a2	ompolskoñe ṣäp lmire – no sene kälpar(e) t(e) ṣ(o)tr(i) ¤:

Translation

a1	Śakyamūni... from the direction of... up to... They wrote this as prove.
a2	And they meditated. They obtained protection (?)... This is the proof.
